My family had a wonderful stay at Cypress Harbour during our visit to Orlando in December 2022. Villa (and resort in general) was sparkling clean, resort was nicely decorated for the holidays, friendly and efficient staff. The beds were comfortable and we barely heard the neighbors - the resort was very quiet. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to others.

The hotel offered convenience, lots of space and many activities.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: lines for bar food and coffee
As usual, Marriott provided us with a nice play to stay with very professional staff. The villas offered plenty of space and was clean. On the downside, the beds were quite hardand rough to sleep on. The pools were very nice as was the fitness center. The bar at the pool offered plenty of drink choices at affordable prices - however, the wait to get a drink was absolutely ridiclous. It also took a long time to order our lunch and there was even a wait to get a simple cup of coffee. Overall, good value and I would stay again.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Quiet
We were attending a weekend long sports event in Orlando, and rather than staying in a hotel, we opted for the resort. For roughly the same price, the room was a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, laundry, 2 baths, etc. The grounds were in great shape, and when we had a couple extra hours, the pools on site were great.

Perfect

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, marvelous staff and housekeeping
This is the second time we have stayed and used the facilities of this great resort. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and an extreme value for the dollars. This time we blocked four rooms for our business group and had a ball. These people know how to take care of their guests. Perfect is all I can say... we will be back.

The Best resort in Orlando

I have been going to this hotel for 10+ years. There are many reasons why we continually come back. Its within 10 minutes of all the parks. The rooms are HUGE and comfortable. The full size kitchen & laundry make it feel like it's a home. You can save money on not having to go out to a restaurant for every meal and you don't have to pack more than 3 outfits because you can do your own laundry in the room. But the final reason why I'm writing this review is because of my last visit 2 weeks ago. When we got home we realized we had left our tolietry bag in the bathroom. There was some very expensive facial creams and perfume. Thinking it was lost, I called them up. They quickly put me thru to the house keeping dept who said they had found the bag. They shipped it back to us in 2 days without charging us a penny. That is customer service! Great job and thanks again. Anyone who stays there will not be disappointed.

Best resort in Orlando

Cypress Harbour has it all. A home away from home while in Orlando, with tons of resort activities. As Florida residents we visit Orlando frequently both with and without our 2 young kids and prefer Cypress Harbour to any other resort. So much so that we bought a Marriott timeshare just to be able to stay here more. It is in our opinion the best resort for families visiting Orlando, as it caters to children of all ages. For the price of a room with 2 double beds on Disney property, Cypress Harbour offers 2 full separate bedrooms (one a huge master suite with large bathroom), a full service kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, living room and balcony. Plus beautiful views, many pools, playgrounds, mini-golf, basketball, bikes, paddleboats, arcade and more. My parents love to come stay with us also and we are able to accomdodate all 6 of us very comfortably. You can't go wrong with Cypress Harbour.
