This is second time we stayed here and was even better with hot breakfast and seemed a bit cleaner. The only issue was couple times water pressure stop for a minute or two in the shower.

Visited from out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday to be with family. Check in was a breeze. Lobby was clean. It was a little strange that spare towels were on a table in the lobby to take at your leisure; I’m very particular about having something untouched on my untouchables. However, I didn’t need any extra towels and when I asked the gentleman up front to have my and my father’s rooms tidied, it was done without hesitation. My room was great; just as I had remembered from the photos. It was clean, perfect temperature, no lingering odors which I always appreciate! (It really sets the tone when walking into your temporary home lol.) My father loved that there were two televisions: he could watch sports and my nephew could watch cartoons! I don’t have any complaints and would for sure stay again whenever I return. I want to be sure to acknowledge the gentleman in the suit at the front desk; he had salt & pepper hair and a great accent. (I’m terrible for not grabbing his name.) He was such a breath of fresh air and so kind. He made great conversation with my father, young nephew and myself. It’s always a nice feeling to comes across a genuinely kind spirit. He mentioned a lot of guests aren’t very pleasant so he was happy to interact with us. So whichever property you choose to stay at, keep in mind we’re all human, and pass along kindness. (Two thumbs up!)

The room was not clean. The breakfast provided was a microwave Jimmy Dean. There was a party above our room almost every night.

The hotel staff was very nice. The room was ok, old and overlooked a small rooftops and rooftop stairs and the windows were unlocked. There were random people in the elevators that seemed like they were not staying there, people hanging int the parking lot. There was a guy sleeping in a car in near the swimming pool. Awesome area to stay in just not at this hotel.

The room was clean, however, the comfort or lack of comfort of the mattresses was of a super 8 we are all sore and walking crooked. They were terri le and the couch bed sheet was in a abll wrinkled looked dirty was t impressed. The hyatt place we stayed i. Dalls the sheets blnkets and mattresses were amazing. . Even though poil wasnt available and ll it was clean but the beds made this a very uncomfortable experience for the amount of money we paid.
