Upon arrival, had to check in from outside through a window (on a chilly, winding night), parking area was gated so key was needed to enter parking. Asked for non-smoking room, smelled like an ashtray. Bathtub was stained and missing much of it's finish. No hair dryer. Lots of empty rooms available but overnight guests were all in same area. Stayed on 1st floor, guests above us were apparently up all night, their floor/our ceiling creaked and snapped all night long. There were 2 in our room, only 1 key provided. Insufficient towels/washcloths. Not the dirtiest room we've stayed in, but not clinically clean as would be expected during Covid 19 outbreak. Upon leaving, receipt provided had someone else's credit card attached to billing.

Smelly room, dirty room, heater did not work properly, bathroom had hairs, located next to noisy fwy, sheets smelled, bad tv reception. No place close to eat. Area looked unsafe. Many ppl just drove in through security gate without scanning hotel card.

The mattress are terrible , the bench in the handicapped shower almost collapsed when in I sat down on it.. truly they need to replace the mattress and check the legs on the shower bench.

The rooms were great, very comfy beds. TV volume was low and the TV was small. The pool closed very early and opened late so we were not able to use it. Very disappointed about that.

This is no longer a Motel 6. It is a Red Roof Inn. It's $25 more for the same room as before. Avoid.

We booked this online and when we showed up we didn't like the location. It's right on the highway and in a very bad area. The hotel is completely gated with high security. The staff was amazing and we were very grateful that they gave us a refund on the spot. I can't comment on the rooms, in sure very nice as it's all new. It just wasn't for us
