Cozy bungalow in quiet Concordia neighborhood. Spacious kitchen has everything you need to for staying in and cooking at home or venture out to all of the awesome restaurants on 42nd Ave or in the nearby Alberta neighborhood. Walking distance to bus lines, McMenamins Kennedy School, New Seasons, and so much more! Backyard is shared with basement tenant. Please note: Property is shared with a tenant onsite in separate downstairs unit.

Street Parking only - Driveway is for tenant. Up to 2 dogs allowed with pet fee and deposit. Please send a message w/info about your pup before booking. *one small dog lives on site*

2 bedrooms both with queen sized beds and closets. One bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Big backyard with a patio.

There is a tenant that live in the separate apartment in the basement. He shares the space with his quiet small dog. If your dog has a tendency to bark in new places, this might not be the best fit. Please note that our tenant can be heard coming and going via his separate entrance at the side of the house, next to the kitchen. The owners have recently insulated the duct work to reduce sound between the units. Please reach out to us to discuss if you have any further questions.

Plenty of free street parking is available in front of the house. Driveway is for basement tenant only.

Long term tenant lives in the basement apartment. Please be respectful of quiet hours 10pm- 7am as well as not allowing people to run, jump off furniture, allow dogs to excessively bark or whine and otherwise similar disturbances.

8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.

Lovely stay near McMenamin's Kennedy school, Fernhill park
My husband and I brought our 2.5 year old to stay here and had a blast! The proximity to Fernhill park, McMenamin's Kennedy school (complete with movie theater for kids and Soaking pool), New Season's Grocery store as well as being a short walk from a bus that goes to Fremont Street (for Pip's Chai, Tacovore, Pizzicato and the bakery) were all major pluses. We required and found extra towels, but the shower was hot fast, the beds comfortable and we added a couple things to the kitchen to make all the things we wanted to cook/bake but with the grocery store steps away it more than sufficed! We hope to return to this exact lodging again next year! We brought our own pack and play, FYI

Great PDX location
Perfect spot for myself, my teenage daughter, and our dog to stay in PDX while we visited colleges and family. Best aspects: neighborhood/location and super cute, cozy house. Quiet, walk to New Seasons and Autumn Roasting Company, and close to Alberta Street. Something to think about: We could hear neighbors downstairs (so listing is accurate) and there were some carpenter ants but they were easy to manage. The kitchen fire alarm went off a couple times but management was very responsive. Overall recommend!

My daughter was very comfortable at the home following her surgery. Did not know though, there was a tennant in the basement. The only bathroom is compact. People with long legs struggle using the toilet.

Christmas in NE Portland
The house was perfect for a small family Christmas get together. Everything we needed for preparing our meals was available. Beds were comfortable. The house is walking distance to New Seasons market. With the winter weather, we tended to drive to the other shops and restaurants on Killingsworth and Alberta. Overall a great stay!

Everything about this home was exactly how it's described in the listing. We enjoyed the home on our short stay in Portland for a work event. We brought our dog and had no issues (though she was concerned about the downstairs tenant). Comfy beds and very clean. Great communication with the host too. Thank you for making this a dog-friendly stay!

Cozy House in Portland
We chose this property because it was close to my brother's home in Portland, and the price was reasonable compared to many listings in town. The house was very clean inside, with very comfortable beds and pillows, which is often a problem at rental properties. I put 4 stars for cleanliness because the exterior yard was a bit messy, and the overgrown tree in the yard blocked the light from the streetlights, making it difficult to see in the dark, but everything inside was very clean. Nice kitchen and appliances. Small house, but for our needs it worked perfectly. Was a bit worried that it was a dog friendly listing, because sometimes that means odor or pet hair issues, but there were no problems. Never saw or heard the basement tenant.
