My sincere apologies Anon. My staff is doing everything we can to keep the business afloat and provide a quality product for our guests. Unfortunately that has proven to be easier said than done. It is very hard when other guests don't have the same respect for our property that you do. Eventually things will return to normal and we can go back to providing clean, affordable rooms and excellent service at a budget price.
