Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful! Very convenient location near the Moda. I must note, however, that one side of the property faces light rail and is incredibly noisy. I am planning a return visit in a few months, but my stay will include a request to be placed on the other side of the building.

The Inn is older and located in the Portland Loyd area down town, and with age comes some wear as we all experience. But aside from that the staff were very personable, helpful and courteous. The bed was comfy, tv picture and reception good, and water pressure good in the shower. The view from Rm 405 is a nice city view with sunrise in the distant east and nearby hills with the Convention Center Towers to the right.

Staff was nice & it was clean, but the place faculties were run down and not in great working order. Got a sketchy vibe from the Hotel across the Street.

This hotel is probably the cleanest older hotel i have satyed in. The toom was definitely outdated but cleanliness is most important to me. The staff was great and so is the location. I will say that the bed we had was more firm than i like but thats a personal preference. It was also really squeaky unfortunately. The other issue was that the traffic all night kept me up the max was horrible to listen to all night. The blackout curtains are also not long enough so they dont block out the light. Theres also alot of light coming from the room door. If your a deep sleeper and none of those things bother you then this place is great.
