The staff checking is in did not apply or military discount and instead led and said it was already applied. The room carpet was fight and stained so much so that we never took our shoes off. The tv tenor did not work, i asked the hotel staff for new batteries, she wanted to know what kind of TV it was, i don't know???!!! She said nothing then, starts to walk away, waved to me to hurry up and follow her to another room where she took their remote, gave it to me, and said, "I hope i don't see you anymore tonight!" There was a dirty bar of soap in the bathtub. The computer was out of order, there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with 3 pieces of luggage and again, the hotel staff gave us one key and said, "there you go." No directions to the room or where stairs are. She clearly did not want to help at all. Another gentleman came in to check and he was treated the exact way. The room cleanliness was just awful. Broken remote, broken chair, and the sheets were suspect. On the other hand, the gentleman who drove the shuttle was excellent and such a pleasure. He went above and beyond!

Wall around outlets needed cleaned. Light switchas you entered the room did not work so you entered a dark room. Received bug bites after sitting on the chair. Comfy bed and pillows.
