First off the staff is excellent nice and very helpful.The hotel is old and outdated 2 plugins and no usb to use tv only has 2 channels that our English speaking. This hotel is family friendly witch is fine but keep the kids out of where they serve Alcohol went to go get a drink by the pool 5 kids in front of me. The food is plain and just now that good.

Melia has certainly went down hill. Needs an upgrade. Beds and pillows are terrible. Tried for an upgrade and was given a price. Told to come back the next morning to see the room before paying. Back the next morning and room was not available. Lied about what she had told me. Victoria at the front desk not helpful. So no upgrade. Food is hit amd miss. Some days ok but mostly slop. Servers work hard and try to keep up with the demand. No concierge at arrival. Took our own bags to the room. As far as expedia vip. What a joke. Cheap cheap. Last time at this resort for us.

Easy and fast check in. The food and the drinks were ok. No spa only a pool. It is really boring at night . Next time I will be in different area. The spa services were good. It is easy to find a taxi to explore other areas

I liked the size of the property, the opennes of the pool and lobby area. Lots of places to hang and the buffet had good selection. The beach was small however, and it was disappointing not being able to be down on the beach at night due to risk of crocodiles! Some warning about this would be appreciated!

The food was really good and the service was really good also!! Housekeeping crew was awesome! We had a shower problem and they fixed it right away!! We enjoyed the shows. Magic show was great! We enjoyed our stay there!
