I wasn't able to pay with cash even though I asked at check in. One person gave me one story and then another gave me a different story. When I checked in, the person at the desk said that it wouldn't be a problem. Disappointing.

The checkin was smooth. The place is in a great location off I 95 richmond va. The roo.s were super nice, clean. The staff, checkin to checkout, kitchen, diner, maintenance were helpful and nice. I give Country Inn and Suites 5 stars!!
