We stayed for two consecutive weekends. The rooms and Lobby area was clean. The bed was very comfortable but the sectional sofa was not. The free breakfast is scrambled eggs, turkey and or pork sausage and or bacon everyday, a different egg selections would be nice. Customer service is where the hotel failed in my opinion. The WiFi did not work for my computer and was told so sorry, they couldn’t do anything. The dishwasher provided in the room did not have soap, I was told it was on back order. I needed to extend my stay by one day, I followed the direction given by the front desk in paying and adjusting my key. We were awakened from deep sleep at 11:30 pm to come down to the front desk so they could run my credit card for incidentals and finally at check out I could not get a print out from my stay, they had the reservation listed under Expedia!
