I was only there for the night. My biggest issue was the difficulty of calling the hotel directly to find out about transportation from the rental car dropoff to the hotel. The phone tree experience is the worst I've every experienced, and that is saying something! The only way I was able to communicate with the hotel is by calling the reservation line and having them call the hotel who then called me back. It wasted about 40 minutes. It should be easy. Dial the number. Talk to a person. Done.

Nice size room. Very clean. Nice bed linens. Sorry Bistro not open on Sunday evening as few choices within walking distance.

The hotel was close to the airport. I was greeted by friendly staff members. The courtyard was clean, it had a Starbucks and full bar menu. I forgot my toothbrush and the hotel provide a complimentary toothbrush with toothpaste. Overall I pleased with my stay.

Marriott Courtyard Bayhill

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Make the pricing on simple things like a bag of chips reasonable. A small bag of chips normally priced at .75 to .99 was priced at $4.45.
Location: n/a
The food was ridiculously prices at the front desk, didn't have normal items like deodorant. The staff at the restaurant didn't know or understand their own menu and had to keep going back to the kitchen to find out aboutmy questions on the menu.

Great for a layover

Pros: Clean, modern, friendly
Location: Industrial area. Near San Francisco.
We stayed one night after returning from France. It was a real pleasure staying in this hotel as it had clean rooms and a restaurant. We had dinner-then hit the bed.

Convenient but dated.

Nice lobby, and courteous desk staff. Felt like the rooms, hallways, and elevators seemed like they were less than sharp. Not as clean as I expected. The hotel was very close to the airport, and the staff provided direction to terminals and rental car return. Not a bad hotel, but not a place I would put on my "must return" list.
