The beds where nice the bathroom was dirty it was hair everywhere also I had a late check out and the front desk person that checked me in didn’t put my late check in the computer. I will not stay at this location again

Very Close to the Airport and to Enterprise Car Rental. Clean rooms and parking lot. Staff on check in was very unprofessional. Also had an issue with the staff couldn't tell the difference with a Travelocity Itinerary number and a confirmation number. That just added to their unprofessionalism. During our stay, the electric outlet didn't work in the bathroom and also requested extra towels. We were told that they had no housekeeping on the weekends and we couldn't have any towels. No housekeeping???? The room was nice and clean. Just bad service at the front desk, all the way around. Upon checkout, the guest in front of me had a price of $59.00 a night. I paid $118.00. That's a big difference.

Rates are different depending on many circumstances. If the person in front of you had a $59.00 rate, that was likely an employee at a Hilton hotel and using their Employee discount, one of the great perks of working in a hotel.

Front desk staff,(Shy) was really nice and cordial. The rooms are not being vacuumed, this was disappointing and put a damper on the other stuff that was cared for nicely. I didn’t like the fact that they couldn’t provide a ride to the airport as advertised and charged me $10 a day to park my vehicle. I thought they should wave the $10 parking beings they couldn’t provide transportation to the airport as advertised.

I don't know the specifics of your stay so I can't really research the claim. We do provide complimentary shuttle service, and unfortunately there is occasionally high enough demand that we are unable to service everyone at their preferred time of departure. This is why we schedule guests upon their arrival to the hotel. We hope to see you again soon.

We asked for extra towels and they said they didnt have any, then we were locked out of our room because the staff didnt know what they were doing.

Global shipping and US warehouse problems have caused some great delays in getting some of our needed items have taken longer to arrive than we would typically see. I thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you again soon.

We didn't get our luggage until after midnight and called the hotel to find out the shuttle stopped at midnight. We got another ride to the hotel and the front door was locked. It was 7 degrees outside and the call button on the door didn't work and nobody answered the phone. Finally after about 15 minutes an employee got off the elevator to open the door.
