The property has been going thru renovations, and although they have a little more to do ( example- check in motel Lobby building) The reviews I read online were very accurate The property is a great place to stay, rooms were great, beds newer, comfy, etc. stayed here because of the great ratings, given, it did not disappoint. Compared to other property’s in Kissimmee and Orlando, with their issue’s worth the extra drive to go a bit further for the peace of mind. The area, and business’s in surrounding the property is a bit rundown, compared to some of the tourist corridor, and not exactly, what we hoped for, , but less worry’s over things like bugs, old beds, packed house, noise, terrible staff & management, makes things more tolerable. Would stay there again for sure!

Good overnight stop.
Good place for an overnight stop, our plane was delayed so checked in very late, great lobby service. Maintenance work was underway so some areas scruffy and messy but otherwise clean and everything worked. Would stay here again and for more than one night.

The hotel was in the process of renovating while we were there which may have affected the price, but largely did not affect the stay. The office was temporarily relocated. I did get an e-mail letting me know ahead of time, but it was still a little tricky to find in the dark when we first got there. The beds were comfortable, if a little on the hard side. The TV channels were mostly in Spanish, but we weren't there for the TV. The location is great if you have a car, but a little far out if you don't.

Great updated place. Great location within walk-in distance to food or shopping. Great staff! Only annoying thing was the smoke detector city people early mornings knocking on door to check apparatus. Will definitely use location on other trips.
