Affordable place to stay near Disneyland. The service was friendly and never had an issue with the employees. Hotel room was outdated. Some safety concerns as there was a man during the night standing near our room.

My son loved having his own room with a bunk bed. He kept playing "magic tree house". We liked that he was able to take naps and go to bed while we stayed up. The breakfast was better than expected, there were hot options. Waffle makers and either potatoes & eggs or sausage & eggs every day.

We booked three rooms for four nights. The staff was polite. The breakfast was good and the breakfast server was delightful. The rooms were clean though outdated . It was noisy, but so is the city. My only issue was that the staff were not accommodating. It was pouring rain, we needed a bathroom and they expected us to leave the lobby- where there is a washroom, and use the one over by the pool. Too, when we had questions, they gave us basic answers that were not super beneficial. They did not go the extra mile. They were polite.

Broken Window
This hotel IS NOT walking distance from Disneyland! Parking is not included in your stay, it is an additional $10 bucks per car per night! The room I got had a broken window, manager did not switch us rooms, and my friend got sick over this window staying open overnight. Jesse at the front office was Awesome and the cleaning crew was polite too.

!!DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk staff was nice, but the manager purposefully avoided me when I had issues with my lodging. The rooms are very dated and dirty. The only thing that keeps it in business is it's location next to Disneyland, if it were anywhere else it would be shut down. Do yourself a favor and book something comparable down the street, their are several older hotels that actually do provide great service.

Location was very convenient and room was very clean. Was hoping for a themed room but didn’t get it. Not all rooms are themed. Furniture is a little outdated. But overall had a good experience. Staff has great customer service skills.
