"The only part about the checking in process I didn’t like was the lady had called for my card, when I booked I was told I didn’t have to pay until arrival. Other then that the lady (Katie) at the front desk was so kind and also had a great personality! The other lady who took over for her Friday night was great but the guy on Saturday wasn’t as nice.
The soaking tub isn’t as good as it could be, it’s pretty small (that’s the reason I paid almost $900.00 for a suite) and there’s only a couple jets, also the timer is on the wall next to the sink…to far out of the tub! There was a clump of hair in the tub, and another sitting right on the tin of our bed. I also had to clean the coffee pot as for whatever reason there was coffee grounds all in the container where the pouch sits. Other than them things the place was clean, quiet and very homey feeling. Relaxing weekend get away! "
