I checked into a freezing cold room. The staff could not get the heater to work so we were given another room. I left the room in the morning came back late in the evening, well past 7pm and the room was never cleaned. I checked out early and will never return.

Liked the cleanliness and the fact that when I reported a minor problem it was fixed immediately with no issue whatsoever. The amenities were nice as well - not over the top, just thoughtful as to what guests might want or need. There was nothing I didn't like. I would happily stay there, or at another Hampton Inn & Suites, in the future.

The room was very large, the beds comfortable

Pros: The complimentary breakfast had all the bells and whistles. You won't go hungry. They even give out a travel bag for customers that had water, fruit
Everyone was friendly, the hotel is clean, the room was large, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would go back for sure.
