This hotel is perhaps one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our double Queen room was given away by the time we were checking in, and all they had was a King bed with a sofa bed that was a nightmare to sleep on. Showers don’t drain properly, mold in the bathrooms… I’m not a picky person but this hotel has got to do better!! Front desk staff were very pleasant but the manager left a very bad taste in my mouth!

unprofessional front desk staff

I called to complain about staff entering my room uninvited and housekeeping knocking on my door. Front desk hung up phone. After speaking with front desk assistant manager, young lady at front desk called me a B*^€€, which my son observed and reported to me. This was done behind my back as I was leaving. Manager, Terrell was very professional but I was appalled by the response of the front desk underling.
