Bring your binoculars to view the many birds and other wildlife that make regular appearances at the house. Lounge on any of the 4 balconies including main deck with seating for 6, sunrise and sunset balconies, or the relaxing shaded balcony.
Prepare dinner for the family in the chef's kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, that comes fully stocked with pots, pans and all the necessities of the cook in your household. The stainless gas grill as well on the main deck is always available to please.

The first floor is a 1BR apartment and is a rental as well if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house!
