Our view was the pits :) but the location, price and room were fantastic. We didn't really use the facilities and my teens weren't impressed with the breakfast, but... they're teens :) Would definitely look here first if we're back in Cincinnati.

Rooms and lobby were modern clean and appealing, the complimentary breakfast was/is a 2/10… not good at all

Lobby was clean. Our Room floor were not cleaned properly was slick and it also was streaky Full size mirror as you walk in room need to be cleaned. Continental breakfast needs but be at least until 10-10:30. I got down stairs at 8:45 and was told breakfast was over at 9 so there was really nothing left but yogurt and bagels no hot food(eggs sausage waffles). I will probably stay here again cause most of the staff was nice and friendly

it was very clean and felt very safe. EVERYONE on the staff was friendly and always greeted you and asked if there was anything they could do to help. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

The property was a higher end downtown hotel located a short walk from the convention center where my conference was held. The hotel was clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was very good. A public garage is located next door to the hotel and offers quite a reasonable-priced and convenient parking option compared to the hotel valet parking option. My only criticism is that the two men who helped me check in and check out were rather surly and on edge, although other staff were pleasant and friendly.
