I spent two nights in the hotel. The room was extremely clean. Very nice people on the front desk. I definitely recommend this hotel.

First of all, website did not clearly specify about parking. The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant and unfriendly; she did not represent the company well; very unprofessional! I booked on your website to save money not spend another $30 for parking (we picked up a handicap van). We ended up driving home because of the messed up situation; I’m not a happy camper!

I liked the fact that this was a new hotel. Liked the location of the property. What I DIDN’T like was the fact that my bathroom sink was clogged. I had to pay to park. And the breakfast was just awful. Microwave food. ?? Really ? And only ONE waffle maker for the entire hotel guests?? I will not stay here again nor recommend this property.

I didn't like the parking fee. If it would hsve been freezing ourside the hill for the parking deck woukd have been aweful.

I paid for a queen bed. I received a full size. Crystal checked me in. She wasn’t pleasant.
