I enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice, we had a problem with our shower not draining and the lotion and shampoo and conditioner was out, but it was still a great stay and the staff is exceptionally friendly!!

The room was absolutely beautiful! Our favorite part was the deep tube that two large adults can fit in comfortably together. Love the hotel decided to use color and not just make the rooms boring gray and white. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in by a long shot. Best place to stay for a romantic get away in Columbus.

1st experience.
everything was above expectations and will love to come back. there were a couple of things that i noticed would have made our stay a little better, 1. being that the rooms were not set up very convenient for doing business with a computer. chair did not go with desk/table. difficult to get comfortable in that respect. 2. being no way to get coffee early in the morning and 3. the only water available to purchase was in a glass bottle with no way to open it in the room or on the run. small things but being honest. Jennifer and the staff were wonderful!!
