Beautifull condo. 1 GB Fiber optic internet. Smart TVs in every room with Netflix and YouTube TV and more. Be sure to see the video. Fully furnished with every amenity needed for a fabulous stay. Newly renovated throughout. The downstairs is open and inviting, with two new leather sofas and comfortable seating where you can enjoy the view of the water. Dining will accommodate 6-8 with counter space for four more. Antique English pub table can be extended for more dining or buffet service. 2 queen beds, double over double bunk, extra air mattresses available. Smoking allowed outdoors on the patio deck only. Pet-friendly. Close to all Lake Conroe amenities, The Woodlands venues, and the 162,000 acres Sam Houston National Forest with the 130 mile Lone Star Hiking Trail. property is in a great location. near by resturants and grocery store. Coffee option were great. Fishing in the lake directly behind the property was a blast. caught plenty of catfish!

wow! Terry was incredible from booking to check out. We were displaced from our home leaking during the recent storm and accommodating is an understatement! We ended up not even needing to stay an extra night but would have paid even more for this adorable place. The location was phenomenal and safe! Definitely booking again this summer!!

Located in a great (safe) neighborhood with parks and easy drivable access to lots of restaurants and things to do around the lake. Owner was easy to communicate with. Plus the view was beautiful!
