staff was extremely rude. they were over booked and did not even try to help me a matter of fact when I asked for the corp. number I was told to go to the website and look it up. I turned my services away even though I had gotten there around 10:30am. I was aware that check in wasn't until 3pm however the nice young lady Terry asked us to go to the beach and when we came back she would check us in. instead when I got back the next lady at the check in stated that all guest where checked in. then she called her general mang. Nadia and Nadia was the rude one that told me to get the number from the website. I will never use this website or that Hotel again.

Like staying in a Safe House overseas

Pros: The AC was very cold.
Cons: The smell, the mattress, the room amenities, put some curtains up.
Location: You can go to the walmart across the street.
This hotel is the equivalent of a roach motel with the price of much nicer hotel. When you have to log in your vehicle and are handed a printed list of hotel rules, you know the place is sketchy. The smell was stomach turning and the prison mattress left much to be desired. It's called value place yet it is totally not worth the money.

Decent price but....

Hotel is decently priced but had the most uncomfortable beds I have EVER slept on. I even took the mattress off the bed to try and sleep on the floor but the mattress was almost as bad as the bed frame. Just horrible...

Nice clean hotel, and even nicer office staff.

This hotel is clean and well run. The office workers seam to be well managed and trained in particular young lady named Amber at the front desk. Always professional and smiling even when my reservation is messed up, takes the time to fix without any kind of negativity. Those are the two main things that I really look for, cleanliness and professional staff and this hotel has really met those expectations. I will always stay there as long as this continues and will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody I know staying in the area.

Only had a small double bed in the room and no place comfortable to sit. No complimentary shampoo or blow dryer. The room stank. No swimming pool
