This property is infested with bed bugs got eaten alive and found a live bug in our bed. Hotel staff refused to help and wouldn't allow us to speak to a manager. Kept saying they were unavailable

price to high for the quality of hotel... pool was closed arrived at 5 or 530pm. bought non refundable on line .. wish I could have canceled and stayed somewhere else..
