I loved the themed jacuzzi suite, but it needs a lot of cosmetic repair. Wall paper peeling away, whirlpool needs resurfacing, etc. I was charged an extra $20 for checking in less than an hour early and he didn't even want to hive me a receipt for the extra $. Had to make him write it on the regular receipt and sign it, and the guests upstairs were loud and bothersome. Other than that, staff is very friendly and helpful, room was clean, and I enjoyed my stay! Will stay here again.

Very nasty room, checking through a window with poor customer service. Travelocity should not list this location. This place is a pay by the hour location.

I like that they had a romantic suites with a jacuzzi but I did not like that they booked me the wrong romantic room with a jacuzzi

You should not recommend this place. The rooms are disgusting, dirty, not maintained and a health hazard. I regret that I registered to stay for 3 nights. I had to leave after one night because the rooms are not clean. The shower curtain was full of mold. I registered some other family members for a second room for the same night I was here. They left in the middle of the night and went to another hotel because of the conditions in their room. The had cigarette burns on the bed spread and some stains on the mattress that projected thru the sheets. They think the stains on the mattress was blood.

Got the ceasar suite. The jacuzzi and blow dryers didn't work. There was no remote controls for the two TVs and there is either wine or blood all over the ceiling and the top of the columns above the jaccuzzi. With the amount of it, it had to be wine or else someone would have died. Was there a murder at this hotel?

Don't stay here.

When I arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm the lobby was locked and the desk clerk took forever to check me in. Upon getting my key I walked to the room only to see carts full of trash. When I entered the room I realized it was old and outdated. When I turned the room heater on it gave off a overwhelming smell of urine. Throughout the evening it eventually stopped working all together. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT'S TERRIBLE.

We arrived late, and left early - This was a good place to stay for a night.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: long check-in and had to question two employees.
I was tired when we arrived and the new receptionist didn't "get it" that I already had paid for the room via the computer. So, I paid again. Next, I had to return to the front desk, as I forgot my license. When I went back, she refunded my money and gave me my license. Darn, all I wanted to do was go to sleep! Thankfully, the beds were clean and the shower was recently updated. I also had a problem when they were out of milk at 6:30 AM. Soon, the male that was in charge of the breakfast area got us some 2% milk. Why it wasn't out earlier? Who knows. I just wanted some ceral and milk.
