"This was my first time staying at this hotel and I have to admit that I will be coming back next time I’m in Guadalajara. The property is super clean, has amazing customer service and the location is within walking distance for everything in Guadalajara Centro. At first I thought I needed a taxi to get around downtown and I was wrong. I definitely recommend this hotel, they have security at the door all day which made us feel safe. If I was to give something negative about my review, it will have to be the bed sizes, we got a 2 beds room and the size were smaller than a queen but slightly bigger than a twin. Next time I’ll probably stay in a king bed instead. "

"ABOVE AND BEYOND! BEST SERVICE EVER!!! This property exceeded our expectations! The service poolside, beachside, restaurants, and deli was beyond excellent! The staff seem to anticipate our every need. Our sons ordered room service EVERY NIGHT after midnight to receive high quality food and service even at those hours!!!! And no additional charge (as I anticipated such). The rooms were phenomenal and were serviced twice every single day: one for cleaning (better than any American hotel room service I’ve ever experienced!) and later in the day for turn down service. I cannot say enough how amazing this resort is. And I cannot imagine a single negative review! My party of 8 are anxiously awaiting plans to return VERY SOON! Phenomenal, all-inclusive resort!! We even ventured off resort a few times to shop, walk, or eat and always felt safe. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Reserve your room(s) NOW! "

"We loved this hotel! We were traveling as a group of 3 women and felt very safe staying here. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the front desk was very helpful during our entire stay. I would recommend this hotel. + it’s located in the city center which made it easy to walk to all the local sights. We stayed for one night before catching a shuttle to La Fortuna! "

"Fantastic resort. Wonderful and diverse dining options. Staff are exceptional. Adults only but still quiet at night and relaxing. Great pool area with many cabanas in varying areas by pool, beach or in between. Best resort we’ve ever stayed at. "
