Charges for parking! Airport shuttle doesn’t start running til 5 am. Not easy to access from airport. Staff had poor attitude

Diverted flight required us to stay in dc for two days. Made reservations and then needed to cancel within 3 hours. No deal! Had to pay for 1 night! Terrible customer service to people who were stranded. Never use Travelocity again!!

I had an issue during the time I stayed at this hotel, I called several time left a message for the manager and ask to call me back he never did. I left the messages on his voicemail and to the receptionist. He avoided me even when my messages were nice and polite and I haven’t give any big info over the phone, I just told him to please call me back regarding an issue I encountered during the time I was there. The manager didn’t care that each client feels welcoming and enjoy their experience at this hotel.
