Perfect location with easy, covered walkway from Heathrow terminal 4. Impeccable room, good food in restaurant, staff amazing! will definitely use this hotel when flying into or out of Heathrow!

The staff was great. There needs to be more transportation access from this hotel. Having to walk to the main terminal with luggage is not the best experience.

Check in fast and efficient by friendly professional staff, but the layout of the corridors and rooms is so confusing! I had another guest tell me how to find my room and it felt like a very long walk from the lift! The room itself was fresh and clean, I had a fabulous view of the runway too which was a bonus for me, I loved the shower but theres nowhere at all to put your toiletries whilst showering and that proved difficult! I used room service which would have been perfect had the food not been only warm, however breakfast was amazing one of the best Ive ever had.I will be definitely be staying again regardless of the small issues.
