The GM Should Find Another Line Of Work.

Pros: The location was good, close proximity to the city, and good restaurants and movie theatre near by.
Cons: HOSPITALITY!!! Make your guesses feel welcomed!
Location: Great location, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Walmart, cinemas, and just minutes from downtown.
After we checked in we got undressed and tried to take a quick nap. The GM, didnt even knock, but used his key to gain entry into our room! Then he ran off without even saying a word. I called the front desk and asked "WHY" and the lady said he was checking rooms and thought our room was vacant. No apology, they offered nothing, and hung up! I had to bring my linens to them to be washed, not very hospitable at all. Yes the room was very small, but that was not my issue. I couldn't get past the stale old smoke smell in the room. When I checked out no one seemed to care if I had a good experience or not. It was as if I was bothering them when I returned my key. In my experience, this attitude starts at the top and I am holding the GM accountable for my poor experience. No systems in place to help the guess feel at home. What a shame! This Motel has great potential.

Not really a hotel

No hangers. No breakfast. No coffee pot or cups. Room smelled like feet. Staff only there until 11 pm, so don't get locked out. Hairs in shower. No hair dryer. No restaurant nearby. No maid service. Staff not helpful and not concerned.
