Putting the no in hospitality
Terrible. The tv didn't work. So i tryed calling to find the phone didn't work. Front desk gave me the phone number to the cable/ phone providers. They did give us another room but the whole thing took an hour. Once at the new room the front desk called to say we would be froced to leave at 7 am. We drove down on date night from sav. We both work six days a week. This is not hospitality.

Day 1 saw a roach in the room. Staff never brought us any kitchen utensils to use. Complimentary breakfast is the bare minimum in complimentary consisting of oatmeal, muffins, and coffee.

I called the hotel about 5:00pm on the day of check in to let them know that it would be after midnight before I arrived. The lady said it would be no problem. I arrived about 2:00am only to find out I could not check in after 12:30am. That left me with no where to stay.

When I checked in the staff was nice however doing my staff different staff was not professional at all. It was difficult to get fresh towels. The room was always cold I would not stay there again.
