Wailea Ekahi Unit 16A, a luxurious town home (2 story) 2 bed, 2 bath corner end unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Our unit’s layout is perfect for young families with children; however, several adults traveling together may have PRIVACY ISSUES as access to the second bedroom is gained through a corner of the master bedroom suite. There is one large bath upstairs which is open to the master suite and one smaller bath located downstairs. New furniture, linens, and beautiful art work have been provided throughout the unit, including a California King bed in the master suite with an incredible mattress, and remote controlled door/window blinds, a newly updated kitchen, and a new central AC unit, all of which ensure complete comfort and luxury for you throughout your stay.

Breathtaking ocean views await you from our two-story modern town home located in the direct ocean front property, Wailea Ekahi Villages. Our unit can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably; 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the 2nd bedroom and 2 on the pull out sofa sleeper in the front room.

Located directly on the greenbelt and in the middle of the property, our elegantly appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is only a 4 minute stroll through a lush greenbelt to the golden sands of one of Maui’s most beautiful beaches, Keawakapu Beach. With vaulted ceilings and an expansive wrap-around lanai, this airy and upgraded unit is a favorite among families and couples who enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.

The lower level offers an open floor plan with cooling travertine tile throughout. The newly renovated downstairs bath also has a shower for your convenience. Take advantage of Maui’s refreshing trade winds by leaving the giant sliding doors open while preparing food in the beautifully upgraded kitchen.

The kitchen has all the modern amenities any cook would love, including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast counter and a formal dining area. Or enjoy the beauty of Maui while grilling outside on our gas BBQ. Once you have experienced sunset dining at our outdoor table with expansive views of Kahoolawe and Molokini as your backdrop, you will never eat inside again!

When taking a break from outside, sit back on the comfortable traditional sofa and enjoy watching movies and TV from the 65" smart TV with DVD and CD player.

As you come up the stairs, you'll be impressed with the oversized master bedroom with a California King bed, elegant furnishings, vaulted ceilings and a private lanai. From this lanai, take in the majesty of island life with picturesque views of both the West Maui Mountains and the islands Kahoolawe and Molokini. The expansive master bath features granite counters and double sinks, with openings to the staircase below allowing for airflow. There is also a newly updated private bathtub/shower/toilet area, and stacking washer and dryer for your convenience.

Adjoining the master bedroom is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a TV and dvd player. Although you enter the second bedroom from within the master bedroom, the room is private and has a locking entrance door.

The unconventional layout of the bedrooms may pose some privacy issues, as you must pass through a corner of the master bedroom to access the second bedroom, which is located at the top of the stairs. With this room configuration, parents appreciate the fact that they are close to their children but enjoy the fact that they each have a separate space. However, if you are four adults looking to split a rental and want separate private bedrooms, this arrangement may or may not be the one for you.

The layout of our unit, with both bedrooms being upstairs and our unit directly on the greenbelt, makes our town home a family favorite.

You will find our town home is elegant, quiet, private and peaceful. During the day, read a book and relax on the shady wrap-around lanai or bask in the sun and appreciate the park like setting and breathtaking ocean views. At night, wind down the evening on your private master bedroom lanai with a Mai-Tai and the Maui sunset.

For younger vacationers, you’ll find the open plan layout of the townhome and the greenbelt just outside your door offers plenty of space for everyone! Your children can play to their hearts content while you relax and keep an eye on them from the comfort of our lanai. One parent said "My kids passed out every night because they were so exhausted ... My husband and I loved it!"

The main pool (Beach Pavilion) has been completely renovated (2020). See photos ! To access our beach, you'll use our private gated beach stairwell from the Pavilion area. The main pool has plenty of lounge chairs, outdoor tables, palm trees and umbrellas and adjoins spacious barbecue and cooking facilities, which includes a stove, refrigerator, covered lounging area and dining tables! There are also three smaller pools close by, one of which is an “adults only” pool.

For those of you who love to golf, our condominium is located just across the street from one of Wailea’s most beautiful golf courses, the Blue Course at the Wailea Golf Club. The Wailea Golf Club’s Emerald and Gold courses are just a short five minute drive away. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

Wailea Ekahi 16A was so perfect in every aspect. We really enjoyed it. Loved that the living quarters with a bathroom were on the ground level and the bedrooms with a very large bathroom were on the 2nd floor. The unit was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. It also had a very large chest/storage container outside with sand toys, snorkeling equipment, children’s life jackets, boogie boards, chairs and an umbrella. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We will be back!

Honeymoon Bliss
I cannot stress enough how lovely this unit was to stay in. My husband and I stayed here for a part of our honeymoon and we had the most wonderful time. The unit was spotless, comfortable and the view was beautiful. The complex as a whole had lots to offer and was in a great location to the beach. Would absolutely come back again!

Great unit - great for Family with Kids
We love staying at Ekahi and have rented many units on the property. 16A is a townhouse and worked well for us and our adult kids. The only catch, which we knew in advance, was that the master bedroom lacks full privacy, it shares a common landing with the second bedroom and there is no door. Not a big deal for us, but we appreciated that the property manager reached out to let us know before finalizing our booking.

Ideal condo for our South Maui stay!
This place met all of our needs; the condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the lanais every single day - morning, afternoon and evening. The amenities of Ekahi were fantastic - beautiful grounds, pools and beach access. It was the perfect location - close enough to walk just about everywhere you'd want to go in the area. We plan to return next spring.

Two friends stayed in this unit for a week. We loved the place. The beds were comfortable, nice linens and towels, good shade and AC. This is an end unit so very private. We loved to have two patios (one up and one down). This would not be for everyone as the second bedroom is off the main one so not much privacy. But, for two of us it was fine. The furniture was lovely and they provided beach chairs, etc. The only thing that would be good to change would be to update the tv. It did not connect to the internet so no access to netflix, etc for some out of the sun time. But, that is a small thing.

Great location in Wailea
This is a great property for one couple or a family. The unit is nicely outfitted with anything you need and is plenty roomy for 4 people. We had our adult children with us which was a little awkward as the second bedroom is accessed through the primary and there are no doors on the primary bathroom (except the toilet and shower). There’s a full second bathroom downstairs, which was great. The pavilion area and beach access are wonderful. We enjoyed being able to bring everything we needed down to the pavilion for our beach/pool time since it is a bit of a trek uphill to get back to the unit. Lots of water stuff available as well as a cart to haul it down. The beach chairs and umbrella were a lovely bonus! There is public beach access right next to the pavilion if you have trouble walking up and down the hill. Kory was very responsive to anything we needed. We’d definitely book with them again.
