Didn’t like absence of top sheet on beds. I prefer the smoothness of a sheet around my head and next as opposed to the rough design on the duvet. Kim, who manages the breakfast buffet was very kind and helpful to me when I arrived 5:30ish to let my partner sleep.

Check in was quick, clean breakfast area in the morning with many choices. A site map provided at the front desk would have been helpful since there are two towers with different room numbers.

The only inconvenience we had was no ice in machines. I assume this was because of covid

I suspect that your stay may have been on a weekend when we had several sports teams in house and that they had filled up their coolers. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused and hope it will not dissuade you from staying with us in the future.
