This was our first all-inclusive vacation and I will have to say that we had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful and the service was absolutely perfect. We did the Diamond Club reservation which included a swim out and butlers. We used the swim out almost every day and it was worth it just for the relaxation by the room. Our butlers Melloni and Shawn went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. They communicated with us when they started their day and when they were leaving. They made sure our rooms were taken care of when we were out and that we had reservations to the restaurants. We were able to just relax and focus on family time. We always go on vacation with another family which was in another room and had different butlers. Since we booked with Travelocity there was no way that we could let Royalton know that we were together which would have made it easier for us to be together and have the same butlers. Either way our butlers Melloni and Shawn had no problem making sure we all taken care of during our vacation. We are hoping to make this trip again next year, but this time we will book directly with Royalton Blue Waters!! Beautiful resort and wonderful staff and butlers.

Nice beach, very nice room. Several pools however it was not easy to get a lounge chair at the pools or beach.

Royalton Blue Waters stay

The overall experience was great. My only concerns were the hot water. We only had really hit water on the last day. Luke warm water for 4 daya, and only 1 working elevator.

I stayed from 5/16-5/21/18 a group of 37 for a wedding. The premises is beautiful set up, nice pool and building. Theres 4 water slides, kiddie water park, kiddie playground, lazy river, and multiple pools. The light went out and there is no back up generator. The hot water also went out and no back up. One of the guest had a leak in their room which wasn’t fixed in their stay. At the bar you will wait 20 minutes for a drink, there was no lime or lemon slices available, and they will tell you I’ll have to walk to the other bar this machine is out...the hospitality is lacking big time, and the inventory, from breakfast running out of bacon and sausage by 945, to the bars, and forget about getting a consistent smile or greeting from the employees. There is no midnight snack or hut, other than the sport bar.

Room was not ready when I arrived. Ordered room service. It never came. Went to the buffet when it never arrived and was lead to a seat which ended up being soaking wet. Ruined my outfit. Very disappointing morning.

Beautiful property with opportunities.

We stayed four days and the hotel constantly lost power they couldn’t make drinks or do anything. On our second night the entire resort went pitch black you couldn’t even see your hand in front of your face very scary for a vacation also had to take showers in extremely cold water constantly NO HOT Water. This is why I rated a lower overall experience. They need to get a back up system for the power. We paid way too much money for these things too occur on a LUXURY property. Staff is amazing and they will ask to to do a tour or breakfast to buy into a timeshare
