We had hairs on the shower floor. Staff was empathic and moved us to another room on the 7th floor. However the thermostat did not work. We sent a message to the staff with no response. I finally called the front desk to ask for another blanket and was brought a thin fitted sheet. Upon check out I voiced my concerns and was told they knew the thermostat was broken! Really.. why move someone to a room with no heat in winter.

The hotel itself was very nice but the service was not. I was charged for 3 days of valet even though I used it for 1 day. Additionally, they charged the card I put for incidentals without asking or informing me that it would be automatically charged for the valet. I should’ve paid that at the end of my stay and been asked how I’d like it paid. I was told I would be refunded but am still waiting. I would have used a different card if I knew I’d be charged 3x the amount I owed. The valet also misplaced my car in a way. It took too long to locate my car because it was not properly entered into their system.
