The front desk staff and maintenance man were awesome! They were very nice! The valet drivers, not so much. We waited over 20 minutes for our vehicle, which is supposed to take 5-7 minutes (at most). Driver vaped in my car- I saw it and could smell it. It ended up making my 9 year old sick. For $35 dollars that was a joke! I also received a charge on my card for 3 glasses of wine ($18), which I didn’t have. 1. I don’t drink 2. We were never in the bar. I called and was told I’d get a call back by a manager. Needless to say, I had to call back a week later and speak to a manager. I was credited back my money. Rooms were nice and clean. We did have to get sheets, pillows, towels and a comforter for the pull-out because they weren’t in the room. We also had to call 3 times to get those items. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay at this location again. If we did, I would opt out of valet parking!!
