The bathroom light wouldn't stay on, showering in the dark was tough. The television had mostly spanish language audio - didn't work for us. Notified desk several times to NO avail.

We had a late check in and they gave us no problem with that I called a week before to let them know. Monique took my request and said no problem. Our room was clean and ready. One problem the tv wouldn’t change channels the next morning we told the front desk and it was fixed by the time we got back from lunch. The breakfast was awesome and there was a wide variety of things to choose from everyone left satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available I’m handicapped and I always found a spot to park close to the entrance we will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel for a quick visit.

Pros: Location, friendly staff.
Nice hotel for a quick visit. Stayed two days, with a hot breakfast. Bed was firm and comfortable. Many channels to choose from on television. Would stay here again.

Quiet, modern and clean

Pros: The king size bed was heaven. The room looked modern, up to date, clean. The hotel was quiet. I didn't hear any other guests or loud noises.
Cons: There could have been more parking. We got the very last spot. Several spots were taken up by two flat bed tow trucks.
Location: 10 minutes from Busch Gardens. Easy to get to.
