I didn't like the fact that my handle in the shower broke and I fell because of it. I didn't like the fact it wasn’t fixed. I didn’t like the fact that the "cook to order" breakfast was a buffet with nobody to ask about "cook to order " until I was back at my table. I didn't like the fact that so many things weren't as advertised.

my room was not clean, there were fries, used bandaids and wrappers on the floor, the bathtub was clogged, no hand soap or conditioner when i spoke to the front desk she was more concerned about her facetime than fixing my issue. i would NEVER stay there again

The hotel was clean, no complaints there. The second night an alarm sounded at 2:00 AM for about 15 minutes, interrupting our sleep. When we reported it the next morning, the front desk knew nothing about it. We were also looking forward to a cocktail in the evening, but the bar was closed both nights. Very disappointed!
