When I made the reservation we were not informed that the property was under construction. The whole front of the building was open with construction platforms and tarp, etc . I didn’t even realize that that was the front of the hotel. The front desk clerk asked us if we had heard a scream. We told him yes it was very loud. He then told us it was him. He explained he was very frustrated with some customers and he went outside and screamed to release his stress. We couldn’t believe that he would admit that to us. As we walked down the hallway to our rooms we noticed how dirty everything was was. The carpets were disgusting and had large stains ( it looked like puke). At this point it was too late. We had to make due. Then in the morning, our “continental” breakfast was a bag with a small OJ and a frozen burrito that needed to be heated in the microwave. It was gross. For over $125 per night, it definitely was not worth it. If we knew it was under construction we would have never booked this place

Travelocity is the absolute worse company, I booked my room and when I got there they said I had no reservation I call Travelocity and they were talking to the front desk trying to tell them that I had a reservation I had already paid for but because they couldn’t send over the reservation they just kept sending it through emails my reservation didn’t go through I still had to pay my hundred dollars that has not yet to be been refunded

Difficult access to parking entrance. Housekeeping stocked my room with used towel's on my second day. Had a plugged toilet, asked for someone to come take care of it and instead I was given a dirty plunger to take care of it myself.

Have to say this hotel was a great disappointment. The hotel lobby was old and not taken care of. The pool area was not clean and the pools had sand and cloudy water. As we entered the elevator it was obvious that it hasnt been cleaned in a while the walls and buttons were dirty. The room looked in order till you look at detail. The shower looked like it should be in an RV. The bed squeaked and the pillows looked crumbled. We had 4 nights booked. We decided to check out. They refunded the 3 nights but not the first because we were there 1.5 hours. We were booking another hotel! The pictures are very deceiving! Travelocity assisted us in rebooking and gave us a $50 voucher towards our new booking which was very nice.

The property has great breakfast, the staff was very nice but unfortunately the water was like warm the first time I tried to shower and the hotel faces the freeway. It was loud enough that I checked the window thinking it was open and it was not. If I stayed there again, I would only stay on the other side.
