Our king bed room had a comfortable leather couch and a comfortable chair. We sent several hours in the pool relaxing. They had towels at the pool. No breakfast because of covid. Some day I hope all that covid crap goes away.

Kinda run down, vending machines broken, or won't take cash, no breakfast at all, website not accurate or informative about checkin restrictions. No worth price paid at all. Morning staff rude, late check out only 30 min.... won't stay here again.

The room was okay, though quite dated. Bed was comfortable, desk chair upholstery was cracked and worn. Though the room seemed to be clean, housekeeping only took care of my room one day out of the four days I stayed. I like coffee very early in the morning but had to get coffeee packets for the in room coffee brewer from the front desk. One day had to get towels from the front desk because housekeeping didn’t tend to my room.

No valet. No luggage handlers. Very dirty due to construction. A terrible amount of mold growing up the walls in the shower. Entry dor interfered with bathroom door when in a wheelchair.

Unfortunately, while we do not offer valet or luggage handlers, we do have luggage carts for guests to use to move all of their things more easily, without having to take multiple trips from their rooms to their cars.

The lobby remodeling was huge but necessary so that in no way bothered me. However, there was clearly mold in the bathroom and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and the base to one of the Queen beds was falling apart. Luckily I only needed one bed. The hot breakfast was good and the front desk staff friendly. However, another staff barged into the “gym” in a very scary manner and then was in the elevator later smelling of beer and had blood shot eyes and stated that he worked there. Scary! Ice machine on floor broke.

For the price, the service and facilities were excellent. I've read some reviews of the place and, yes, some of the features are dated, some furniture have scuffs, and the place looks like it was updated about 12 years ago or so but what you get for comparable price here is superior to other places in my opinion. I rate lodging based on comparable pricing and this property is just a little over a Motel 6 type of location. The wifi in our room was pretty decent and much stronger than your Motel 6. The rooms were maid clean and tidy but things like the bathroom grout can use a strong steam cleaning as white was brown. This location has a nice hot breakfast. No, it's not going to be the equivalent of an all you can eat $12-20 breakfast at a expensive hotel but it's decent (waffle and pancake machines, couple cereal choices, eggs and either potatoes or some meat, different breads and a toaster). There was just two of us but if you have a family of 4 or something, you're really saving a lot of $ with this offering. The dining room is pretty big. When we were there, there were several high school sports teams that seemed to be staying here and another foreign tour group as well. So, this place seems to be a known quantity as far as budget/value/convenience. If the price remains about the same when I'm looking for lodging in the area, I'll return.
