The area was fine. The downside was there was a lot of undesirable people staying in the hotel as well. As soon as we got there. My daughter and I were standing at the door waiting for my husband as she forgot her mask. A man that appeared to be on drugs approuched us and asked if we had our key card to get in? The lobby doors are locked @10p. It was 3. The parking isn't great. The room was fine. Although no coffee maker or dishes/utensils and our tv didn't work. The gal that worked there eventually fixed our tv and brought us some forks.

When traveling we always stay @ Extended Stay hotels unfortunately Overall experience at property was okay . Front desk area had a very over powering smell of cigarette smoke. Room was clean. But, bathroom toilet tank had previous guest feces still on toilet. No housekeeper came to clean room. No ice machine. Had trouble with key card. Completely coffee station . Looked nothing like pictures on site. Staff was very helpful and courteous. 😊

I liked that their was a grill but the staff that was available didnt know how to use it. One of the other guest helped me.

The location to places we needed to go to was good. We were disappointed because there were no dishes in the kitchen like they told us there would be, there were a couple guys dealing drugs from the backdoor by the pool who were staying in the hotel and the worst part was we killed three bed bugs in our bed. I have stayed in other locations and didn't have this problem.
