The hotel smelled terrible, was very run down, electrical outlets in the room didn't work, noisy outside, dirty, cat urine smelling rooms.

Booked this hotel as travelocity stated they have a 24hr shuttle to/from airport. Booking confirmation instructed me to call ahead and let the hotel know my arrival time. I did this 48 hrs in advance and despite my arrival being scheduled for 11pm the person who answered the phone said no problem but did not take any details down, “ just call us when you get here and we will send the shuttle or a taxi.” On arrival after a long flight I called the hotel who informed me the shuttle stops at 9. They could call me a taxi but it would be my expense. Very disappointed I took an uber for $25 to the hotel. On arrival the front desk clerk looked like he had been working construction all day. He was wearing dirty clothes and there was old pizza sitting on the counter. So much for cleanliness and hygiene. Room was dated but relatively clean. Breakfast was pathetic with no creamer/half and half for coffee. Very disappointed in this stay. Only reason I booked was for the shuttle due to late flight. I could have got a better hotel for the money uber. Never again.

Mold all around the ceiling in bathroom, carpets sticky and questionable, saw what looked like dried blood stain on bathroom tile under sink, door handle almost falling off and barely closing, next to nothing for "continental breakfast" every morning. Not once during our 4 night stay did anyone come tend to the room and refresh towels, etc (no, we did not have a do not disturb notice on the door). Way overpriced for the poor quality of the hotel and room, we will never stay here again.

Rooms were dirty and smelly. Staff was good and tried to make the best of the situation. Even changing us to different rooms but none of the rooms were clean.

Rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. I paid for 3 nights. On the third night my room key didn't work. I went to the front desk and they reprogrammed it right away. I walked into the room and my stuff was gone and someone elses stuff was in the room. I went back to the desk and they said someone must have checked me out "it happens". They bagged my stuff up and did give me a refund but it was very inconvenient. I went and found a new hotel.

There were trash bags by the elevator, outside the room doors, bathroom looked in bad shape (parts missing on water handles in bathtub), ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work.
