I checked into the room and the FIRST room did not have any curtains. The 2nd room the remote did not work on the tv. No internet connection for my laptop and the maintenance was substandard!! Phoenix has the worst hotel rooms. I would stay in Tucson for cheaper and better kept rooms!!

There were homeless in the stairwells, tags on the stairwell. Checked into the first room and there were no curtains. Then the second room had a remote that did not work. They then game me 3 remotes, one for the volume, one for the channels, and one for the on/off. The room maintenance was very substandard!! Paint in the tub, and poor plumbing issues, toilet that 2-3 times to get it to fully flush. At the price that they are charging you could get competent maintenance and security to remove the homeless from the property.

this has got to be the rattiest hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying. The checkin was good but the property itself is in horrible condition. They should level it and build something else anything would be better than this Rat Trap!
