Run down property. Rooms are old. Smelled like smoke. Dirty sheets. Needs updated

The property manager was very nice, helpful And professional. My room was much better than I expected for the price. I also was given a upgrade due to a slight inconvenience.

Super convenient to Duke Hospital where my sister had her appointments. This hotel was the most affordable in this area. The room was pretty clean and had a small refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient because we stayed for two days. The front desk staff were VERY nice and accommodating!! And also the housekeeping staff brought us extra towels. Very nice. This will be our new place to stay when we have to come back to Duke.

The place hasnt been upgraded. The lobby was dark, cold, and felt like a "passing by" hotel. Our room was just touched up cosmetically. The bath tub had plaster around the drain about 10 inches thick, our heater died, and by morning the roaches came out the bathroom greeting us. We did contact the front desk at first she wanted me to waot for the manager to come. I continued complaining. She then gave me a new room. This time i was asked by the front desk to call when i arrive so they can send someone to my room to clean it . I arrived and to no avail, the telephone was broke and the room was dusty.
