The hotel was very clean and nice, the people were great but the website has pictures of a beautiful outside pool but it was filled in and landscaped over during covid. Very disappointing!

The sign from the road could have been on the other side too, so we don't have to make a U turn at the gas station to see the sign.

Great location

Pros: Location from downtown and the Dulles airport.
Cons: Restaurant food needs help. It reminded me of food from an old cafeteria.
Location: Reston Town Center
I had a pretty good experience during my 4 day stay. The location is near the Dulles Airport and Reston Town Center. I was there for a conference and feel that this was a great facility. The staff were friendly from those walking around in suits to those wearing uniforms. I wanted to have a refrigerator in my room so I called ahead and made my request known. I was glad to see it waiting for me when I arrived. I really have no complaints and would stay here again in the future.

2 different sections - we were in the older one

Pros: Clean, good location for our purposes ( museums in DC ) shuttle services seemed good but we didn't use them because metro was out, easy free parking.
Cons: General service, clear marking of where elevators are for different, non-connected areas.
Location: Close to Reston Downtown area ( 2 miles ) shuttle available, nice area, good restaurants, close to Silver line Metro station ( 2 miles ) with shuttle.
Upon arrival I checked in and was told to go past the meeting rooms and the elevator to our room would be there. We came in a different door and there was a set of elevators, to the wrong wing, and not marked as such, so we went up and tried to find the room, but that number wasn't on that floor. Then we went looking for another set of elevators, mistakenly walked past the banquet rooms, not the meeting rooms, then went and asked at the desk, and the elevators were at the other end of the hotel. This could have been explained better and wasn't a nice way to end a long day getting there. The thermostat didn't seem to work, if it was set at 62 it was ok, anything more than that was too hot. There was a light out in the area outside the bathroom, but that wasn't a big deal, we didn't use the coffee maker that was in this space. Then as we finished taking showers, but not quote done getting ready the day we were leaving the light in the bathroom went out.... so we dragged a floor lamp to the bathroom so there would be at least some light, we were so close to leaving that I didn't want to call and wait for maintenance to come in. We mentioned this when we checked out, no offer to give discount or apology. I think we were in the old wing of the hotel, which would explain the good rate we had. Restaurant has no prices on the breakfast menu but I understand they are very expensive.

Wonderful shuttle service

Shuttle took us about 10 minutes from hotel to metro station. Vehicles ran every half hour. Hotel and room were very clean. Wonderful helpful friendly staff.
