House was clean and decorated nicely. Provided a few snacks which was nice! Nice and quiet neighborhood. Sofa was stained and needs cleaning or recovering. Mattresses were very hard. It was a cold night and the bedrooms were chilly despite the thermostat set at 72 degrees. Overall 4 stars
