This is the DIRTIEST HOTEL I have ever stepped foot in. I walked in and walked right out, ROACHES on the wall and a bunch of other bugs so absolutely disgusting, my first time in Virginia and I do NOT plan on coming back soon

The room 332 assigned had bath tub with rust all over the base, cockroaches walking, toilet seat with coating peeled off, bad odor, no coffee pot, and bed with very cheap comforter and hole (may be from cigarette). It is like paying to get sick or acquire any disease. Replacement was not available. The only other room was #105 but it was abandoned by another guest due to bugs. I am sorry to say that this hotel should not be even listed. It doesn’t qualify to be a place of living.

Bugs. Dirty rooms. “No smoking facility” but all you can smell is cigarettes. I showed them pictures of the bugs and they still said “yeah no we don’t have bugs” BUGS IN THE MICROWAVE.

The property is outdated. The mattress on the bed reap of a musty smell. The room odor was really bad . People outside argueing at 5am. That woke me up. I wouldnt stay there again.

Not bad for the price. Bathroom needed some restoration. Tile was coming apart and needed the mildew cleaned off. Sink was coming apart.

Non smoking areas smelled of smoke and marijuana. Internet didn't work at all, and neither did the television in my room. Management was unable to move me to another room or address the issues above.

Didn't like it. The tub was dirty. No stopper for the bath tub. Couldn't take a bake because could turn water on for a bath. You could only take a shower. There were holes in the wall and ceiling. I qaa very disappointed.
