did not like that the fire alarm went off at 6 am and it was due to the kitchen staff burning our breakfast plus the biscuits where hard as rocks maybe the cook needs training on cooking or he needs to go work at jack in the box to learn how to make them they suck

Actually, I especially liked the location. I am an ex-resident of San Antonio, and like the fact that it is not far from the downtown area! I had previously stayed there recently with other family members and really liked the facility and all it has to offer!

Room 215 was not clean - there was hair in the bathroom, a large red stain on the carpet of room 215, no blankets for the sofabed, air conditioning did not work well, noise from the room above at 1.30am, no bottled water in the room and to top it all we were asked to check out at 11am instead of noon as marketed on the travelocity booking. Really disappointing experience for my family.
