In regard to the problems that you encountered, I hope that you will accept our sincerest apologies for falling short on our high service standards. While we do our best to always deliver a smooth experience, once in a while mistakes happen. We would never be able to correct issues and know how to better provide service if guests didn't tell us the things they experienced staying with us. Pros: The pool and patio surronding the pool was nice. It would be a great place to hang and bbq. The patio furniture was also nice. They had 3 grills there and it was nice overlooking the freeway. Cons: There was no parking area in front of the lobby to off load. You can stop there if you want to be inconsiderate but then youd block traffic trying to get into the small parking lot which had not enough parking to support the hotel. I had to park in the parking lot of Saltgrass. Worst breakfast ive had at any hotel ever. The only drink there was apple juice and really really really watered down orange juice. Really watered down. The rest of the drinks were out. The soda machine was completely down. There was only one waffle maker. There were no seats to eat breakfast The food that was there was horrible the sausage was whiteish gray and had no flavor skinny and boiled in water. The eggs had no flavor. Its hard to mess up eggs. Breakfast was soo bad we left the food and went to eat somewhere else. The coffee was out. So had to make coffe in my room. Extra pillows smelled bad. There were no towels by pool. The over all look of the hotel was old looking. The front desk staff were friendly but did not look professional. Im soo dissapointed with the 4.7 reviews on travelocity. I truely believe they made their own reviews. The reviews, pool, breakfast, & close location to tue Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club are the only reasons i stayed there. Never again.

Great hotel close to where we wanted to go.

Pros: It was close to the areas we wanted to visit.
Cons: The sizing of the restroom in the rooms with the 2 queen beds and separate bedroom.
Location: Right by North Star Mall, not far from Magic Time Machine, 5 Below and Sam Moon. Those are the mail places we wanted to visit and we did.
Very clean hotel with awesome staff. Our room was clean, small restroom. You had to step off to the side of the toilet to close the door, it is way to close. The small single person couch was narrow and uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would most definitely be staying there again.

Great Hotel

This was a great hotel to stay in. Very centrally located within the city. Great restaurants, malls, shops all around. The highway was just a few blocks away. They also have a Walmart within a mile or so from the hotel. That is always convenient. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Gated entrance to the parking area. Very safe and modern.
