Room 102, impossible to sleep cause heater was too high temperture. in more than 1 occasion during the night we have to open the door to breath because room got too hot.

Be prepared if you want the bigger room to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Worth it to have the city view.

The hotel is located in a great location, not too far from popular attractions. The staff is super helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations for food and attractions. While I had a room with a private bathroom, I was curious about the communal bathroom and found them to be very clean.

Excellent hotel for the price

I was very pleased with this hotel. I wasn't expecting too much considering the price I paid, but I was really surprised by how nice it was. Sure it may not have been the nicest or biggest room but for the price it was great. The rooms was clean all the amenities work and some rooms even come with their own bathroom. There was quite a bit of road noise, but that honestly didn't bother us too much. If you're a super light sleeper it might be good to bring some headphones. The hotel is close to the painted laidies so the area was pretty nice, it definitely felt pretty safe. The only problem is that there is nowhere you can park for the whole day for a couple blocks. Although if you get there around 6pm or 8pm you can park your car in closer spots over night (as long as it's outside the time frame on the green signs.) Also don't leave anything in your car especially not your luggage anywhere you park in San Francisco. They have a really big problem with people breaking into cars.
