Bathroom door didn't lock. The toilet was hard to flush. Lights on outside. The should put a light-blocking curtain on the window. It's not that hard. The "breakfast" offered was a pre-packaged danish and coffee. The parking lot was smelly. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great location on Lombard Street , but very limited parking which I can understand because of the vicinity . The hotel appears old and worn down. Needs a paint job inside and out . The room was ok as far as the comfort of the beds , but TV channels very limited. The price was very high I thought for a Thursday and Friday night for the size and condition of the hotel we paid I believe like $335 for two nights. We only had contact with the office people when we checked in , but she was friendly.

The room was cleaning and the price was right. The only thing was that Travelocity said there was breakfast but there was only packaged Danish.

no hot water no parking place

It was my worst trip. No parking place as stated. I had to find Parking place in the midnight. There wasn't hot water so we could not take bath

We arrived in sf early in the morning and call the office to see if we could park our car there before checking in. The staff said no problem and gave us directions to where we were headed. Thank you for accommodating us early. I would recommend this hotel.

Bad experience

Pros: Location
Cons: Make more improvements beyond superficial upgrades.
The hotel was dirty, the bathroom was as well. Staff were rude, and the amenities listed online were not available (calling a taxi for you does not mean you have an airport shuttle).

Pretty bad

Arrival in room...first look over-did not seem to have been vacuumed/cleaned. Floor covered with crumbs, dust, trash, contact lens, etc. The tops of surfaces had 'gunk' on them. dust all over surfaces as well. Broken arm of desk chair. Walls and trim falling apart and random markings. Shower hot/cold doesn't stay hot for long. No pressure ( I get they need to not waste water though...) Toilet dirty and hair and gunk around toilet on ground. I was pretty disgusted so I decided to walk to Safeway at midnight that night and buy cleaner to clean/disinfect the room. Also could hear everything in the room above. Sounded like they were dropping bowling balls all over around 7am. The location is great too bad they don't take better care of these rooms. Owners don't stay at the front desk area so it wasnt easy to try to talk to someone. Tried to call them the next day about possibly moving to another room- line was busy the 3 times I called. Gave up trying. Housekeeping although seemed nice(ish) when I mentioned the dirty floors needing to be cleaned- they did semi vacuum them while I was gone the 2nd day- I was hesitant to even complain while there I felt I was risking the safety of my possessions in the room while I was gone for the day. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend. Have contacted customer service- waiting to hear back.

Nice Cost... but at the price of quality

Pros: cost
Cons: THE "HIGH-SPEED WIFI"!! This internet was so extremely slow and often kicked you off of the network or would go out.
Location: There is plenty near by.
The room was okay. there were stains on the walls and on the blanket... the cleaning staff clearly did not take much pride in their work as the bathrooms were marginally clean The WiFi was not high-speed as advertised. It often kicked you off. Additionally, we requested to be relocated due to poor connectivity... only to have the same issues in the second room. The manager didn't seem to care about the wifi issues and expressed that he was connected, therefore the issue was on my end. The wifi didn't have a password so it may be because other individuals were pirating the connection. this day and age, it is unacceptable to have non-functioning or sub-par wifi connections.
