Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience that our AC system caused you. Unfortunately, we experience an unscheduled power outage that damaged the pumps that operate the AC system. Booked this hotel yesterday, we were not notified there was no hot water or a/c due to a power outage the weekend prior. It was a huge inconvenience after just getting off a 5 hour flight.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it has been excellent each time. When we got there to check in we could not check in for two hours due to the electricity being down in half of the building. The young lady that helped us apologized for the inconvenience and kept her calm in a chaotic situation. They were able to get us in a room sooner than they expected and we appreciated their help.

The front door and parking lot were blocked off for maintenance but no sign or annoucement were made. Checked in through back door. Loud noise from next door all night long.

We were very disappointed of where this facility was located when we arrived we seriously considered looking for another location we felt uncertain for our safety very disappointed. disappointed in its location

I liked that we had long-term parking available and a shuttle to the airport, but when we checked in we got a room assigned to us that already had someone in it. I tried to open the door to our room and got my hand smashed by the guest already in the room because he was freaked out (rightfully so). How did we get assigned a room already in use?!

Pool was spacious and had accommodations for people with disabilities - much appreciated. Rooms were clean and the proximity to SFO was what we needed.

Very friendly staff A lot of construction containers around the property. The back lot with the beautiful views could be improved. E.g. benches, plants.

Check in was fast and the staff friendly and courteous, the breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit, coffee etc., the room was quiet and peaceful.
